Beth offers private lessons in the client’s space. Her focus is the person who is looking to explore yoga in a private setting. The person who doesn’t want to go to a studio, the person who thinks yoga isn’t for them, the person who thinks they’re too old, too inflexible and so on. Beth will cater a class to your personal goals from working on specific postures to understanding the 8 limbs of yoga including meditation and breathing practices.
Beth will come to you with yoga props (mats, blankets, blocks) for up to six students.
